Arctic Cat 700 Efi Problems, Does it rev up slowly even in neut

Arctic Cat 700 Efi Problems, Does it rev up slowly even in neutral if you punch the throttle? Does the exhaust sound normal or does it sound restricted? I have always ran a gas treatment in my 700.
